Maca Gummies Collection
This collection is focused on one product: Maca gummies, presented as a single, standalone option rather than a range of different products or bundle combinations. It is designed for shoppers who already know they want maca included in a gummy-based routine and prefer to compare by practical details like label information, format, and how the product fits into a daily schedule.
Maca is a plant ingredient that people often include as part of a personal routine, and gummies suit that choice when convenience matters more than mixing powders or measuring servings. A chewable format can be easier to keep consistent when traveling, when working irregular hours, or when you want a simple “one product” habit. Because this collection contains only the standalone product, the main decision here is whether this specific gummy fits your preferences, rather than choosing between multiple sets.
What to expect from this collection
- One standalone product only: Desire Gummies are the single item in this collection.
- No predefined bundles to compare, which keeps selection focused on one label and one format.
- A gummy format designed for simple routine use (no mixing, no measuring tools).
- Product page details are the source of truth for ingredients, allergens, and serving information.
- If the product is out of stock, the collection will not offer alternative bundle options within this ingredient.
Maca gummies at a glance: what this collection contains
This collection brings together the Hormonal Balance Gummies and one pack that includes them, the Women's Balance Pack. There is no range of maca gummies here to compare against each other: the decision is between buying the single jar or the ready-made set.
| Product | Format | Serving | Maca per serving | Other actives per serving |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hormonal Balance Gummies | Gummies (60 per jar) | 2 gummies | 400 mg (black and yellow maca) | 150 mg shatavari extract, 100 mg dong quai extract, 30 mg saffron extract, 5 mg zinc citrate (50% NRV), 1.5 mg vitamin B6 (107% NRV), 10 µg vitamin D3 (200% NRV) |
| Women's Balance Pack | Pack of gummies from the range | — | — | Combines the Hormonal Balance Gummies and the Multivitamin Gummies |
In other words: here maca does not come on its own, but alongside other plant extracts and two vitamins and a mineral with defined reference values. If you are looking for maca "on its own", this label is not that — and that is the most useful information before you decide. To understand the ingredient itself, start with the maca guide.
Who this collection may be suitable for
This collection may be suitable for people who prefer a single-product routine and want maca in a chewable format, without managing multiple bottles or comparing different combinations. It can also suit shoppers who make decisions by practicality: portability, taste preference, and how easy a product is to keep consistent day to day. If you already use other supplements and want to avoid overlap, a standalone product can be simpler to evaluate and slot into your existing setup. If you prefer a highly structured “stack” with multiple products bought together, this collection is intentionally minimal and may not match that shopping style.
What the research has examined
It is worth separating what has been studied about maca from what has been studied about this specific product — they are different things.
- Sexual desire and sexual function. A systematic review of randomised trials compared maca with placebo in healthy adults and in people with sexual dysfunction; two trials suggested a positive effect on sexual desire in healthy menopausal women and healthy adult men, one trial showed no effects in healthy cyclists and another, in men with erectile dysfunction, found improvements 1. In a 12-week randomised, double-blind trial, 50 men with mild erectile dysfunction took 2400 mg of dry maca extract or placebo and the maca group recorded a greater rise in the erectile function score, although both groups improved 2.
- Sexual desire without hormonal change. In a 12-week randomised, double-blind trial in men aged 21 to 56, doses of 1500 mg or 3000 mg of maca improved the subjective perception of sexual desire from 8 weeks onwards, with no changes in testosterone or estradiol levels 3. A later systematic review on "testosterone boosters" concluded that most do not increase total testosterone, including maca 4.
- Physical performance: mixed results. A 2024 meta-analysis brought together 21 studies (16 in the meta-analysis) in animals and humans and found a large effect of maca on physical performance 5. But a double-blind crossover trial in 10 trained university basketball players, with 2000 mg/day for 2 weeks, found no differences in jumping, shooting accuracy, repeated sprint or lactate clearance 6.
None of these studies tested the Hormonal Balance Gummies. Doses used in trials are not dosing instructions.
How to choose the right product
Single gummies:
Packs that include it:
- Women's Balance — Hormonal Balance Gummies and Multivitamin Gummies.
Who it may suit — and who it may not
It may suit you if: you want a chewable format with black and yellow maca, you take 2 gummies a day after a meal and you value having zinc, vitamin B6 and vitamin D3 on the same label. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism 7. If you prefer a ready-made pack instead of choosing products separately, this is what the collection offers.
It may not suit you if: you want maca on its own and at a high dose — here the serving provides 400 mg of maca, well below the 1500–3000 mg used in some trials in men 3 and the 2000 mg/day tested in athletes 6. It is also not for you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you take medication or have a health condition: talk to a healthcare professional first. The label also states that it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and that it contains polyols, whose excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
If your question is about the format, compare carefully: maca gummies or tablets. If your question is about the dose, see how much to take per day.
Frequently asked questions
Is this collection only one product?
Yes. The Maca collection contains only the standalone Desire Gummies product.
Are there bundles available with maca in this collection?
No. This collection does not include predefined bundles, so there are no set combinations to compare here.
Where can I find the full ingredient list and other label details?
On the product page for Desire Gummies. The label section is the best place to confirm ingredients and usage instructions.
How should I take these gummies?
Follow the directions on the product label.
What happens if this product is out of stock?
Because there are no alternative products or bundles in this collection, the collection will not offer another maca option until it returns.

How to fit it into your routine and what to check on the label
The directions for use are simple: chew 2 gummies a day, preferably after a meal, without exceeding the recommended daily dose. Each jar contains 60 gummies, that is, 30 servings of 2 gummies — about a month of daily use. If you travel or keep irregular hours, a chewable format saves you measuring powders or counting tablets.
Before buying, check three things on the label: (1) the full ingredient list, because besides maca it includes shatavari, dong quai and saffron — extracts for which there are no authorised health claims in the EU, so the available information is only what the studies examined 7; (2) the warnings, including the note on polyols and the recommendation to consult a healthcare professional if you have an illness or take medication; (3) your current routine, to avoid overlapping vitamins and minerals.
On long-term safety, a 90-day randomised, placebo-controlled trial in people with metabolic syndrome found no adverse effects with maca combined with silymarin, but recorded a moderate rise in AST and diastolic blood pressure in the group that used 0.6 g/day of maca powder alone, an effect the authors consider worth taking into account at high doses of maca powder 8. If you take medication, read maca and medications and is maca bad for you?.
Questions to ask before you buy
Three questions settle most of the indecision around this collection.
- Do I want maca on its own or a formula with more actives? The Hormonal Balance Gummies combine 400 mg of maca per serving with shatavari, dong quai, saffron, zinc, vitamin B6 and vitamin D3. If you want maca only, this is not the right choice.
- Do I want a jar or a set? The Women's Balance Pack groups gummies from the range, including the Hormonal Balance Gummies and the Multivitamin Gummies. If you already take a multivitamin, there may be an overlap of vitamins — it is worth comparing the labels.
- Is the context right for me? If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a health condition, talk to a healthcare professional first. There is supporting reading in maca during pregnancy.

Frequently asked questions
How many maca gummies should I take per day?
The directions on the label are to chew 2 gummies a day, preferably after a meal, without exceeding the recommended daily dose. Each jar contains 60 gummies, which gives 30 servings of 2 gummies.
How much maca does each serving provide?
Each serving of 2 gummies provides 400 mg of maca (black and yellow), plus 150 mg shatavari extract, 100 mg dong quai extract, 30 mg saffron extract, 5 mg zinc citrate, 1.5 mg vitamin B6 and 10 µg vitamin D3. These figures are from the product label.
Can I take it if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
The label states that it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a health condition, talk to a healthcare professional before consuming it.
Do the gummies contain sugar or gelatine?
The formulation is pectin-based and sweetened with maltitol, so it does not contain gelatine. The label warns that it contains polyols and that excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
What is the difference between buying the jar and the pack?
The single jar contains only the Hormonal Balance Gummies. The Women's Balance Pack groups gummies from the range, including the Hormonal Balance Gummies and the Multivitamin Gummies. If you already take a multivitamin, compare the labels to avoid overlap.
