Shatavari gummies formulated for those seeking a chewable format inspired by traditional botanicals used in women’s routines.
Shatavari Gummies Collection
This collection is currently focused on one product: a Shatavari gummy option presented as a single standalone item. It is designed for shoppers who already know they want shatavari included in a gummy format and want a clear place to evaluate that product without comparing multiple bundle combinations.
Shatavari is a botanical ingredient that some people choose as part of a personal routine, often because they prefer plant-based ingredients in their daily lineup. Gummies can suit that preference when convenience matters: they are chewable, pre-portioned, and easy to keep consistent without preparation. Because this collection contains only the standalone product for now, the main decision is not about choosing between different sets, but about whether this specific gummy fits your preferences for routine simplicity, label details, and how you like to organize products at home.
Shatavari Gummies Collection: what sets it apart
This collection brings together the TuttiBear gummies with shatavari extract. At the moment, the individual product is Female Balance Gummies, and there is also the Women's Balance Pack, which groups gummies from the range into a single purchase.
| Product | Dose per serving | Gummies per pack | How to use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Female Balance Gummies | 2 gummies: 150 mg shatavari extract, 400 mg maca (black and yellow), 100 mg dong quai extract, 30 mg saffron extract, 5 mg zinc (as zinc citrate) (50% NRV), 1.5 mg vitamin B6 (107% NRV), 10 µg vitamin D3 (200% NRV) | 60 gummies (30 servings of 2 gummies) | Chew 2 gummies per day, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. |
What sets this product apart is the combination: shatavari extract, maca, dong quai and saffron, plus zinc, vitamin B6 and vitamin D3, in a chewable gummy format. Vitamin B6 and zinc have authorised claims in the EU — “Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity” and “Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood” 1. For the botanicals (shatavari, maca, dong quai, saffron) there are no authorised health claims in the EU; what can be said is what studies examined and found, as explained below.
What to expect from this collection
- One standalone product only: Desire Gummies are currently the single item in this collection.
- No predefined bundles to compare at this time, which keeps selection focused on one product page.
- A gummy format designed for routine use (no mixing, no measuring tools, no separate components).
- All ingredient and usage details should be confirmed on the product page label section.
- If the product is out of stock, there are no alternative shatavari products or bundle options within this collection.
What the research says about shatavari
Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) has been studied mainly in women, in specific contexts. Three points help frame what is known:
- Muscle strength in postmenopausal women. In a randomised, double-blind trial, 20 postmenopausal women (68.5 ± 6 years) took 1000 mg/day of shatavari or placebo for 6 weeks; handgrip strength improved in the shatavari group, but knee extensor strength did not 2. A later analysis of muscle samples from that trial found no differences in individual proteins, although signals appeared in pathways related to metabolism and training adaptation 3.
- Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 70 women with PCOS, aged 20 to 40, were randomised to take shatavari root extract or placebo for 12 weeks (66 completed); the study assessed ovarian and endometrial parameters, BMI and perceived stress 4.
- Postpartum lactation. In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 120 postpartum women (≥37 weeks of gestation, 20–40 years) were randomised to receive 300 mg of shatavari root extract or placebo twice a day for 72 hours (113 completed); outcomes included time to breast fullness and volume of expressed milk 5. An earlier review already noted that quality studies on galactagogues, including shatavari, were lacking 6.
These studies used specific populations and doses — postmenopausal women, women with PCOS, postpartum women — and should not be read as dosing instructions or as promises of an effect for anyone taking a daily gummy. For a more detailed view, see the shatavari ingredient guide and the article Shatavari: benefits, what it is and what science says.
Who this collection may be suitable for
This collection may be suitable for people who prefer a simple, single-product routine and want shatavari included in a chewable format. It may also fit shoppers who like to make decisions based on practical details rather than comparing multiple combinations: portability, taste preference, and how easy a product is to take consistently. If you already use several supplements and want to avoid adding another multi-product set, a standalone product can be easier to evaluate and manage. If you prefer shopping by bundles that group multiple products into one purchase, this collection is intentionally minimal for now and may not match that shopping style.
Who this collection may be suitable for — and who it is not for
It may make sense if:
- You are looking for a chewable format, with a pre-defined serving (2 gummies per day), instead of capsules or powders.
- You prefer a formula that combines shatavari with other botanicals and micronutrients (maca, dong quai, saffron, zinc, vitamin B6, vitamin D3) rather than shatavari alone.
- You want to include a product from the Women's Health area in your routine and value a clear label about what it contains.
- You prefer to evaluate an individual product before considering a pack; if you then want to group products, the Women's Balance Pack is available.
It may not be the best choice if:
- You are looking for shatavari alone, without other botanicals or associated vitamins and minerals.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding: the label states that it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and research on shatavari at this stage underlines the need to talk to a healthcare professional before use 7.
- You have a diagnosed health condition or take medication: talk to a healthcare professional before consuming, as the label itself states.
- You are looking for a product for children — this collection is not intended for that audience.

How to choose and what to check before buying
Before adding to your basket, it is worth confirming four things:
- Dose per serving. Female Balance Gummies provide 150 mg of shatavari extract per 2 gummies. The trials cited used different doses — 1000 mg/day for 6 weeks in postmenopausal women 2 and 300 mg twice a day for 72 hours postpartum 5 — but study doses are not dosing instructions; your reference is always the product label.
- Other ingredients. Besides shatavari, the formula includes maca, dong quai, saffron, zinc, vitamin B6 and vitamin D3. If you already take other supplements with these components, check that you are not doubling up.
- Format and routine. There are 60 gummies per pack, which gives 30 servings of 2 gummies. If you prefer tablets or capsules, compare in the article Shatavari gummies or tablets: which should you choose?.
- Time of day. The directions say to chew 2 gummies per day, preferably after a meal. If you are unsure about the best time, see Shatavari: when to take it? The best time of day.
To go deeper on dosage, see Shatavari daily dose: how much to take per day. And if you are building a routine with several products, you can explore other areas such as Beauty or Energy and Focus.
Frequently asked questions
Is this collection only one product?
Yes. The Shatavari collection currently contains only the standalone Desire Gummies product.
Are there bundles with shatavari in this collection?
No. This collection does not include predefined bundles at this time, so there are no set combinations to compare here.
Where can I find the full ingredient list and label details?
On the Desire Gummies product page. The label section is the best place to confirm ingredients and usage instructions.
How should I take these gummies?
Follow the directions on the product label.
What happens if this product is out of stock?
Because there are no alternative products or bundles in this collection, there will not be another shatavari option here until it returns.

Limitations, warnings and what the label says
The label of Female Balance Gummies is explicit on several points you should keep in mind:
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep out of reach of young children.
- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- In case of illness or medication use, consult a healthcare professional before consuming.
- Contains polyols; excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
It is also important to have realistic expectations. Research on shatavari is promising in specific areas, but still limited: a 2025 review on fertility concluded that more clinical trials are needed to confirm effects and establish safety profiles 7, and an earlier review on galactagogues already pointed to a lack of quality studies 6. This means that no product in this collection should be seen as a guarantee of a result — it is a food supplement, not a medicine.
If you have questions about interactions with medication or about whether it is suitable for your situation, talk to a healthcare professional before buying. For a broader read on the ingredient, the ingredient guide is the starting point.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly does each serving of Female Balance Gummies contain?
Each serving of 2 gummies provides 150 mg shatavari extract, 400 mg maca (black and yellow), 100 mg dong quai extract, 30 mg saffron extract, 5 mg zinc (as zinc citrate) (50% NRV), 1.5 mg vitamin B6 (107% NRV) and 10 µg vitamin D3 (200% NRV). The pack contains 60 gummies, that is, 30 servings.
How do you take this product?
The directions on the label are to chew 2 gummies per day, preferably after a meal. You should not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Can I take it if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
The label states that it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant, talk to a healthcare professional before considering any supplement with shatavari.
What is the difference between buying the individual product and the Women's Balance Pack?
The individual product is one pack of Female Balance Gummies. The Women's Balance Pack groups gummies from the range into a single purchase. If you prefer to start with one product and see how it fits into your routine, the individual product is the starting point; if you prefer to group products, the pack may be more practical.
Does this product replace a balanced diet?
No. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, as the label itself states.
