The focus of this page is comparison and routine structure rather than ingredient education. Products are grouped here because they are often combined within the same lifestyle routines, not because they serve a single purpose. For full ingredient lists, dietary notes, and usage instructions, refer to the individual product pages.
What to expect from this collection
- Standalone gummy products commonly included in women’s daily routines.
- Options covering different routine moments, such as daytime, evening, or general daily use.
- Clear product cards that allow comparison by format, flavour, and packaging.
- Dietary and formulation icons shown as guidance, with full confirmation on product pages.
- A collection built for selection and organization, not medical or ingredient education.
In short: what sets the gummies in this collection apart
The four individual gummies in this collection share the same format — 2 gummies per serving, 60 gummies per pack (30 servings) — but they have different formulations and goals. It is worth comparing the amounts per serving before you choose:
| Product | Actives per serving (2 gummies) | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Collagen Gummies | 1000 mg hydrolysed collagen, 24 mg vitamin C (30% NRV), 15 µg biotin (30% NRV), 18 µg selenium (33% NRV) | Focus on skin and connective tissue |
| Hair & Nails Gummies | 5000 µg biotin (10000% NRV), 630 µg vitamin A (79% NRV), 20 µg vitamin D (400% NRV), 442 µg folic acid (221% NRV), among other vitamins and minerals | Multivitamin with a biotin amount far above the NRV |
| Hormonal Balance Gummies | 400 mg maca (black and yellow), 150 mg shatavari extract, 100 mg dong quai extract, 30 mg saffron extract, 5 mg zinc (50% NRV), 1.5 mg vitamin B6 (107% NRV), 10 µg vitamin D3 (200% NRV) | Combination of botanicals with vitamins and minerals |
| Gummies for Skin Hydration and Firmness | 130 mg hyaluronic acid, 50 mg vitamin C (62.5% NRV), 16 mg niacin (100% NRV) | Shorter formulation, focused on skin |
Collagen Gummies and Gummies for Skin Hydration and Firmness overlap in their goal (skin), but not in their actives: one relies on hydrolysed collagen, the other on hyaluronic acid. Hair & Nails Gummies are the product with the most micronutrients per serving. Hormonal Balance Gummies are the only formulation with botanicals (maca, shatavari, dong quai, saffron) and the only one with an explicit warning that it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Who this collection may be suitable for
This collection may be suitable for adults who prefer a structured yet flexible approach to daily wellness routines. Gummies are often chosen for their convenience, taste, and ease of consistency compared to capsules or powders.
It may suit people who organize their routine around simple habits—such as taking supplements in the morning, during the day, or in the evening—and who prefer products that can be used without preparation. Individual needs vary, so reviewing each product label remains essential.
Who this collection may suit — and who it may not
This collection may make sense for adults who already know what they are looking for and want a chewable format, with no preparation or measuring. Specifically:
- Anyone who wants a skin routine with one clear main active — hydrolysed collagen or hyaluronic acid — rather than a generic multivitamin.
- Anyone looking for a multivitamin with micronutrients such as biotin and zinc, for which there are authorised EU claims of contribution to the maintenance of normal hair and nails 1.
- Anyone interested in botanicals such as maca, shatavari, dong quai and saffron, knowing that the scientific evidence is limited and that there are no authorised health claims in the EU for plants 1.
It is not the most suitable choice for:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women who are thinking of using Hormonal Balance Gummies — the label itself states that they are not recommended in that situation. In pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or when taking medicines, talk to a health professional before any supplement.
- Children: these gummies are formulated for adults and the amounts do not apply to children.
- Anyone looking for a therapeutic effect on a specific symptom. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and none of these products treats or prevents disease.
How to choose: questions to ask before you buy
Before you add to cart, answer three questions:
- What is the main goal? If it is skin, you have two options with different logics: hydrolysed collagen (1000 mg per serving) or hyaluronic acid (130 mg per serving). If it is hair and nails, Hair & Nails Gummies pack more micronutrients per serving. If it is an approach with botanicals, Hormonal Balance Gummies are the only ones with maca, shatavari, dong quai and saffron.
- How many products do you want to manage? A single gummy is simpler to keep track of; a pack groups gummies from the range in one purchase. In this collection there are the Beauty Pack, the Hormonal Balance Pack and the Glow Pack.
- Do you already take other supplements or medicines? Add up the vitamin and mineral amounts from all products before deciding, especially if biotin, vitamin A or vitamin D are involved. High amounts of biotin can interfere with laboratory test results — Hair & Nails Gummies carry this warning on the label.
To understand how each botanical was studied before deciding, see the pages on maca, shatavari and dong quai. If your question is about the daily amount, there are specific reads for maca and shatavari.

What the research says about the ingredients
Three short points, with what the studies actually measured:
- Maca and menopausal symptoms. A systematic review identified four randomised clinical trials in healthy perimenopausal and postmenopausal women, with favourable effects on symptom scales; the authors rated the evidence as limited, because of the small number of trials and participants 2. Another systematic review found positive results in two trials with menopausal women and adult men, but not in a trial with healthy cyclists 3.
- Shatavari. In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 70 women with polycystic ovary syndrome, aged 20 to 40, took shatavari root extract or placebo for 12 weeks; the study assessed ovarian and endometrial parameters, BMI and perceived stress 4. In another trial, 20 postmenopausal women (68.5 ± 6 years) took 1000 mg/day of shatavari or placebo for 6 weeks, with an improvement in handgrip strength in the shatavari group 5.
- Dong quai. A systematic review of trials on menopausal symptoms included one trial with dong quai and found no measurable effect 6. A more recent review of oral non-soy supplements also found no measurable effects in the two dong quai trials 7.
For vitamins and minerals, the authorised claims in the EU are more restricted than everyday communication suggests: vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and biotin and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails 1. For the botanicals (maca, shatavari, dong quai, saffron) there are no authorised health claims in the EU 1.
Limitations and label warnings
None of these products promises results, and the label warnings are worth reading before you buy:
- Polyols. All the gummies in this collection contain polyols (maltitol) and excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. This is the warning common to all four formulations.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding. Hormonal Balance Gummies are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Collagen Gummies, Hair & Nails Gummies and Gummies for Skin Hydration and Firmness state that, in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or when taking medicines, you should consult a health professional before use.
- Biotin and laboratory tests. Hair & Nails Gummies provide 5000 µg of biotin per serving and the label warns that biotin can interfere with some laboratory tests; before having tests, tell your doctor and the laboratory.
- Study amounts are not dosing instructions. The amounts used in trials (for example, 1000 mg/day of shatavari in postmenopausal women 5) serve to describe the research, not to guide your intake. Always follow the label: 2 gummies per day.
- Keep out of the reach of children and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
If you have questions about interactions with medicines, the article on dong quai and medicine interactions can help you prepare that conversation with a health professional.
Frequently asked questions
What products are included in the Women’s Health collection?
This collection includes a selection of gummy products commonly used in women’s daily routines. Each item is listed individually, with full details available on its product page.
Are these products meant to be used together?
Products can be used individually or combined, depending on personal preference. Always follow the usage instructions shown on each product’s label.
How do I check dietary preferences like vegan or sugar-free?
Dietary information is shown on each product page. Collection-level icons are indicators, but the product label is the most accurate reference.
Do these gummies replace a balanced diet?
No. These products are food supplements and should be used alongside a balanced and varied diet, as stated on the product labels.
Where can I learn more about individual ingredients?
Ingredient education is provided on dedicated ingredient pages linked from the product pages, not on this collection page.
Can I take more than one gummy from this collection at the same time?
You can, but add up the vitamins and minerals from all servings first. There are overlaps: Collagen Gummies, Hair & Nails Gummies and Gummies for Skin Hydration and Firmness all provide vitamin C, and Hair & Nails Gummies already bring high amounts of biotin, vitamin A and vitamin D. If you take medicines or have a health condition, talk to a health professional before combining products.
Do the gummies in this collection replace a balanced diet?
No. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle — this warning appears on the labels of all the products in this collection.
What is the difference between Collagen Gummies and Gummies for Skin Hydration and Firmness?
Both point to skin, but with different actives. Collagen Gummies provide 1000 mg of hydrolysed collagen per serving, plus vitamin C, biotin and selenium. Gummies for Skin Hydration and Firmness provide 130 mg of hyaluronic acid, 50 mg of vitamin C and 16 mg of niacin. Both are 2 gummies per day, with 60 gummies per pack.
Can Hormonal Balance Gummies be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
The label states that they are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. In any situation of pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or when taking medicines, consult a health professional before using any supplement.
How long does one pack last?
Each pack has 60 gummies and the serving is 2 gummies per day, that is, 30 servings per pack. Always follow the label and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
