In short: what sets these gummies apart

This collection brings together three gummies with different roles, all with 60 or 90 gummies per jar and a daily intake of 2 to 3 gummies, depending on the label:

  • Creatine Gummies — 3 gummies a day provide 5,000 mg of creatine monohydrate and 50 µg of vitamin B12 (2,000% NRV). Jar of 90 gummies.
  • L-Carnitine Gummies — 2 gummies a day provide 2,500 mg of L-carnitine. Jar of 60 gummies.
  • Energy Gummies with Guarana — 2 gummies a day provide 200 mg of guarana extract (of which 44 mg caffeine), 200 mg of L-theanine, 100 mg of L-tyrosine, 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 (100% NRV), 10 µg of vitamin B12 (400% NRV) and 40 mg of vitamin C (50% NRV). Jar of 60 gummies.

The difference between them lies in the active ingredient and the number of gummies per serving: creatine calls for 3 gummies a day, while L-carnitine and energy with guarana call for 2. If you would prefer a ready-made set, there is the Pack Desempenho, the Pack Recuperação and the Pack Treino, which group gummies from the range. To understand what each ingredient does in the body, start with the guide to creatine and the guide to L-carnitine.

What the research says

Creatine and strength. In a meta-analysis of 23 randomised trials in adults under 50 (mostly men), creatine combined with resistance training increased upper-body strength (weighted mean difference of 4.43 kg) and lower-body strength (11.35 kg) compared with placebo 1. Most participants were men, so the results do not automatically generalise to everyone.

Creatine and recovery. In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial with 40 healthy adults, 33 days of creatine monohydrate were associated with faster recovery of maximal voluntary contraction after eccentric exercise, with reductions in muscle stiffness and fatigue observed in the creatine group 2.

L-carnitine and performance. A systematic review of 11 studies concluded that the evidence on oral L-carnitine and performance in moderate-to-intense exercise is heterogeneous, depending on the dose and the timing of intake 3. In a randomised, placebo-controlled trial with 20 male CrossFit practitioners, 3 g of L-carnitine tartrate taken 90 minutes before exercise did not improve performance 4.

Who it may suit — and who it may not

These gummies may interest you if you train regularly and want a practical format to take to the gym or on a trip, without powders or shakers. Creatine has good support in the context of resistance training 1, and L-carnitine has been studied mainly in metabolic and body composition contexts 5.

They are not the most suitable choice if:

  • You are looking for an immediate effect before training — creatine works by progressively saturating muscle stores, not as an acute stimulant.
  • You are sensitive to caffeine: Gomas de Energia com Guaraná provide 44 mg of caffeine per daily serving and the label advises against them for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
  • You have a health condition or take medication — talk to a healthcare professional before you start.
  • You are looking for a product for children: none of these gummies is indicated for that age group.

If your goal is mainly joints or skin, it may make more sense to explore the collagen gummies collection. If you train in the evening and want to look after your rest, see the sleep and relaxation collection.

How to choose between the three gummies

Before you buy, answer three simple questions:

  1. What is your main goal? If it is strength and recovery, creatine is the natural starting point. If it is body composition and metabolism, L-carnitine has been studied in that direction 5. If you want a pre-workout format with caffeine, Gomas de Energia com Guaraná include guarana, L-theanine and B-complex vitamins.
  2. How many gummies are you willing to chew per day? Creatine calls for 3; L-carnitine and energy with guarana call for 2.
  3. Do you want a single product or a combined routine? If you want to cover more than one goal, the packs group gummies from the range into one set.

It is worth noting that the doses used in studies are not dosing instructions: always follow the dose on the label. For example, the creatine and resistance training trials used varied protocols over weeks 1, while Gomas de Creatina provide 5,000 mg per 3-gummy serving. To go deeper into the comparison of formats, read creatine gummies or tablets and L-carnitine gummies vs tablets.

Limitations and label warnings

None of these products replaces a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle — that is what the labels themselves state. In addition:

  • All the gummies contain polyols (maltitol); excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
  • Gomas de Energia com Guaraná contain 44 mg of caffeine per daily serving and are not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, ill or taking medication, you should consult a healthcare professional before consuming.
  • Keep the jars out of the reach of young children and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

On the evidence: research on creatine is robust for strength in the context of resistance training 1, but results in other areas, such as cognition, are less consistent 6. For L-carnitine, the evidence on acute performance is heterogeneous 3, although there is research on long-term body composition 5. Frequently asked questions

Can I take Gomas de Creatina and Gomas de L-Carnitina on the same day?

The label of each product states the daily intake independently. If you are thinking of combining them, talk to a healthcare professional first, especially if you have a health condition or take medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of each product.

Do Gomas de Energia com Guaraná replace a coffee before training?

They provide 44 mg of caffeine per daily serving (2 gummies), plus L-theanine, L-tyrosine and vitamins B6, B12 and C. That is less caffeine than a typical espresso. The label advises against the product for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.

How long does a jar last?

It depends on the product: Gomas de Creatina come with 90 gummies and the intake is 3 a day; Gomas de L-Carnitina and Gomas de Energia com Guaraná come with 60 gummies each and the intake is 2 a day. Do the maths based on your routine.

Do I need a creatine loading phase?

The label of Gomas de Creatina states 3 gummies a day (5,000 mg of creatine monohydrate), without mentioning a loading phase. Follow the label and, if you have doubts about your own case, talk to a healthcare professional.

Are these gummies suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

The base is pectin, without gelatine, and the brand states that they are vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free and not tested on animals. Always check the ingredient list of each product before buying.
