Magnesium Gummies Collection

This collection is focused on a single product: Magnesium gummies, presented as one standalone option rather than a set of different products or bundled combinations. It exists for shoppers who already know they want magnesium included in a gummy format and want a clean place to evaluate that option without comparing unrelated formats like powders, tablets, or capsules.

Magnesium is a mineral people commonly include as part of an everyday supplement routine, and gummies suit that choice when simplicity is the priority. A chewable format can be easier to keep consistent across busy schedules because it is pre-portioned and requires no preparation. Since this collection contains only the magnesium gummy product, the decision here is not about choosing between multiple bundle structures, but about whether this specific product fits your preferences for routine, taste, and label details.

What to expect from this collection

  • One standalone product only: Magnesium Gummies are the only item in this collection.
  • No predefined bundles to compare, which keeps selection focused on one label and one format.
  • A gummy format designed for convenience (no mixing, no measuring tools, no separate components).
  • All ingredient and usage details should be verified on the product page label section.
  • If the product is temporarily unavailable, there are no alternative magnesium bundle options within this collection.

In short: what this collection includes

This collection brings together a single range product and one pack that includes it. The range product is Magnesium Gummies: each serving of 2 gummies provides 360 mg of magnesium citrate, of which 50.4 mg is magnesium (13% NRV), plus 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 (100% NRV); the jar contains 60 gummies and the directions on the label are to chew 2 gummies per day, preferably after a meal. The pack is the Recovery Pack, which groups gummies from the range.

Recovery PackPack of gummies from the range———

If your criterion is the magnesium dose per serving, this is the number to compare with what you find in other formats — and it is worth looking at magnesium in gummy or tablet form before deciding.

Who this collection may be suitable for

This collection may be suitable for people who want magnesium in a chewable format and prefer a single-product routine. It can also fit shoppers who decide based on practical factors: how easy a product is to take consistently, how it fits alongside other daily items, and how straightforward restocking will be. If you already use several supplements and want to avoid adding another multi-product set, a standalone product can be simpler to evaluate and manage. If you prefer shopping by bundles that group multiple products into one purchase, this collection is intentionally minimal and may not match that preference.

What the research says about magnesium

Forms and absorption. A systematic review of 14 studies compared the bioavailability of different magnesium forms and concluded that inorganic formulations tend to be less bioavailable than organic ones, and that the percentage absorbed depends on the dose; in healthy people without a pre-existing deficiency, any magnesium supplement can maintain physiological levels, which can no longer be guaranteed in older adults or in people with illness or previously low levels 1. An older study measured the absorption of four commercial preparations and found poor absorption of magnesium oxide (around 4%), but higher and equivalent values for magnesium chloride, lactate and aspartate 2.

Sleep. A meta-analysis of 3 randomised trials in 151 older adults with insomnia showed that sleep latency was 17.36 minutes shorter and total sleep time 16.06 minutes longer with magnesium supplementation compared with placebo 3. A systematic review of 9 studies, with 7,582 adult participants, found an association between magnesium status and sleep quality in observational studies, but the interventional evidence is less consistent 4.

Muscles and recovery. A systematic review of 4 studies in physically active people examined the effect of magnesium supplementation on muscle soreness after exercise, but the authors note that the type, timing and dose of magnesium are still not well established 5. A meta-analysis of 14 randomised trials, in athletes, untrained adults and older adults, assessed muscle strength and function with results that varied according to the population 6.

How to choose the right product

Single gummies:

Packs that include it:

  • Recovery Pack — Creatine Gummies and Magnesium Gummies.
  • Sleep Ritual — Stress Relief Gummies, Sleep Well Gummies and Magnesium Gummies.

Who it makes sense for — and who it does not

This collection makes sense if you want magnesium in a chewable, pre-dosed format, with no preparation or measuring tools, and you prefer to manage a single label rather than several. It is also practical for anyone who already takes other gummy supplements and wants to keep the routine consistent, or for anyone who simply does not like swallowing capsules or tablets.

It makes less sense if you are looking for a pack with several magnesium products to compare — here there is only one range product — or if you need a higher magnesium dose per serving than the label provides. In that case, compare with other options in the range or with the tablet format before deciding. If your goal is to understand the mineral itself rather than choose a product, start with the magnesium guide.

Two points of context. First, the vitamin B6 on the label has authorised claims in the EU — for example, “vitamin B6 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system” 7 — but that does not turn the product into a treatment for sleep or stress. Second, people who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet tend to have a higher magnesium intake than those who eat meat, according to a systematic review of 141 studies 8; in other words, the supplement does not replace a varied diet.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, ill or taking medication, talk to a healthcare professional before consuming, as the label itself states.

Frequently asked questions

Is this collection only one product?

Yes. The Magnesium collection contains only the standalone Magnesium Gummies product.

Are there any bundles with magnesium in this collection?

No. This collection does not include predefined bundles, so there are no set combinations to compare here.

Where can I find the full ingredient list and label information?

On the Magnesium Gummies product page. The label section is the best place to confirm ingredients and usage instructions.

How should I take these gummies?

Follow the directions on the product label.

What if the product is out of stock?

Because there are no other magnesium items in this collection, there will not be an alternative option here until it returns.

How to choose and what to check before buying

Before adding to your basket, it is worth answering four practical questions.

  1. What magnesium dose do you want per day? Magnesium Gummies provide 50.4 mg of magnesium per serving of 2 gummies (13% NRV). If you were looking for a dose closer to those used in studies, note that supplementation trials often use 300 mg or more per day — for example, an 8-week randomised trial in adults with stress and low magnesium levels used 300 mg of magnesium per day, with or without 30 mg of vitamin B6 9. Study doses are not dosing instructions; the intake indicated is the one on the label.
  2. How many gummies per day are you willing to chew? The label indicates 2 gummies per day, after a meal. With 60 gummies per jar, that gives about one month per pack.
  3. Do you want a single product or a pack? If you want magnesium only, choose Magnesium Gummies. If you prefer a combined purchase, the Recovery Pack groups gummies from the range.
  4. Have you read the warnings? The product contains polyols and excessive consumption may have a laxative effect; it should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

If you are still unsure about when to take it, see when to take magnesium and how to get the daily dose right.

Limitations, warnings and what this product does not do

No magnesium supplement is a treatment. The evidence on sleep, muscle soreness or anxiety is mixed and depends on the population studied: for muscle soreness, the authors of a systematic review note that the type, timing and dose of magnesium are still not well established 5; for anxiety, a systematic review of 18 studies found positive results in some samples (people with mild anxiety, premenstrual syndrome, hypertension) but no effect postpartum, and no study measured subjective stress with a validated instrument 10. This means you cannot count on a guaranteed effect — and no product should be presented as such.

On the label side, the warnings are clear: do not exceed the recommended daily dose; keep out of reach of young children; contains polyols, whose excessive consumption may have a laxative effect; and, in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before consuming. Magnesium Gummies are not intended for children and do not replace a varied and balanced diet.

Finally, a note on expectations: in healthy people without a deficiency, magnesium supplementation serves to maintain physiological levels, not to correct a clinical problem 1. If you suspect a deficiency, the assessment should be made by a healthcare professional. To understand what the science shows (and does not show) about this mineral, see magnesium: real benefits and is magnesium bad for you?.

Frequently asked questions

How many magnesium gummies should I take per day?

The label indicates chewing 2 gummies per day, preferably after a meal, and not exceeding the recommended daily dose. Each serving of 2 gummies provides 360 mg of magnesium citrate (of which 50.4 mg is magnesium, 13% NRV) and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 (100% NRV).

How many gummies are in each jar and how long does it last?

Each jar contains 60 gummies. At 2 gummies per day, one pack lasts about a month.

Are magnesium gummies vegan and sugar-free?

Yes. The formula is pectin-based, without gelatine, and is sweetened with maltitol (a polyol), so it contains no added sugar. It contains polyols: excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Can I take them if I am pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication?

The label recommends consulting a healthcare professional before consuming in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or taking medication. There are no dose indications for children.

Does this product help you sleep better or recover from training?

Research on magnesium and sleep or muscle soreness is mixed and depends on the population studied, so there is no guarantee of effect. The product is a food supplement and does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
