How to choose the right product
Single gummies:
Packs that include it:
- Glow Up — Collagen Gummies, Hair & Nails Gummies and Skin Hydration & Firmness Gummies.
In short: what sets this collection apart
This collection brings together TuttiBear's gummies with hyaluronic acid. At the moment it includes one product: the Gummies for Skin Hydration and Firmness, a jar of 60 gummies where each serving is 2 gummies. Each serving provides 130 mg of hyaluronic acid, 50 mg of vitamin C (62.5% of the reference value) and 16 mg of niacin (vitamin B3, 100% of the reference value). The base is pectin, gelatin-free, sweetened with maltitol and with no added sugar.
Since there is only one product, there is not much to compare within the collection: the decision is mainly between buying the single jar or a set that already includes these gummies, such as the Beauty Pack. If your goal is a simple skin routine, with a single label to manage, the single jar does the job; if you want to add collagen and hair/nails, the pack saves you buying everything separately.
Before you decide, it is worth understanding what oral hyaluronic acid does and does not do — and at what doses it has been studied. The ingredient guide and the articles below help you frame that without promises: Hyaluronic Acid.
What the research says (in 3 points)
1. Skin hydration and elasticity. A meta-analysis of 7 randomised controlled trials with oral hyaluronic acid found statistically significant improvements in hydration, elasticity and wrinkle depth; for firmness, wrinkle volume and transepidermal water loss the trend was towards improvement, but without statistical significance 1. In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 150 healthy adults over 12 weeks, 120 mg per day of sodium hyaluronate improved hydration and elasticity and reduced transepidermal water loss compared with placebo; 60 mg per day showed similar but more modest effects 2.
2. Different age groups. A randomised, double-blind clinical trial with 129 women, including younger and older participants, observed improved skin hydration after 2 to 8 weeks, improved tone after 4 to 8 weeks and increased epidermal thickness at 12 weeks 3.
3. Context: what this is not. Much of the research on hyaluronic acid is done with injections (for example, in knee osteoarthritis or aesthetic medicine), which are clinical procedures and have nothing to do with a food gummy 4. When you read about hyaluronic acid, always distinguish the oral route from the injectable one.
Note on doses: the trials used 60 mg and 120 mg per day; the Gummies for Skin Hydration and Firmness provide 130 mg per serving of 2 gummies. Study doses are not dosing instructions — always follow the directions on the label.
Who it may suit (and who it may not)
These gummies make most sense for adults who want to include hyaluronic acid in their daily routine in a simple way — two gummies a day, after a meal — and who value a gelatin-free, pectin-based format with no added sugar. They also make sense for anyone already taking collagen or other beauty gummies and wanting to complete the routine with a product that includes vitamin C and niacin, two micronutrients with authorised claims in the EU: vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and niacin contributes to the normal function of skin 5.
It is not the right product if you are looking for an immediate or visible effect within a few days: trials with oral hyaluronic acid assessed periods of 2 to 12 weeks 32. It also does not replace topical care, sun protection or a varied diet.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have any condition or take medication, talk to a healthcare professional before starting. And it is not a product for children — the label is explicit about keeping it out of the reach of children and not exceeding the recommended daily dose. It contains polyols: excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
How to choose and what to check before buying
Before you add it to your basket, it is worth doing three quick checks.
- Dose per serving. Confirm how many milligrams of hyaluronic acid each serving brings and how many gummies are needed to reach it. In this collection, each serving of 2 gummies provides 130 mg. If you want to compare with what the trials used, read Hyaluronic acid: what's the right daily dose?.
- Format. Gummy or tablet changes the experience (taste, texture, number of units per day), not the evidence itself. If you are undecided, see Hyaluronic acid gummies or tablets? Which to choose.
- The rest of the formula. Check whether the product includes other actives you already take elsewhere, so you do not double up. Here there is vitamin C and niacin, both with relevant reference values per serving.
If your question is about safety, interactions or whether it makes sense in your case, the article Does hyaluronic acid do any harm? What the evidence says answers the most common questions. And if you still do not know whether it is the right time to start, Hyaluronic acid: when to take it? The honest answer helps you decide without rushing.
Limitations, warnings and what not to expect
There are three things worth being clear about before buying.
1. The evidence is promising, but not definitive. The available meta-analyses point to improvements in some skin parameters, but the authors themselves note methodological limitations and heterogeneity between studies 1. This means results vary from person to person and there is no guarantee of effect.
2. It is not a treatment. No food supplement prevents, treats or cures diseases. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, it should be managed by a healthcare professional — and the gummies do not replace that care.
3. Label warnings. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. Contains polyols; excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Each serving of 2 gummies provides 130 mg of hyaluronic acid, plus 50 mg of vitamin C and 16 mg of niacin (vitamin B3).
How long before I notice a difference?
In trials with oral hyaluronic acid, the periods assessed ranged from 2 to 12 weeks, with different results depending on the parameter measured. There is no guarantee of effect and results vary from person to person.
Can I take them if I am pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication?
