Apple Cider Vinegar gummies created for those who want a simpler alternative to liquid vinegar within a daily wellness or lifestyle routine.

Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies Collection

This collection brings together Apple Cider Vinegar gummies in two ways: a standalone product and a set of predefined bundles that combine Apple Cider Vinegar with other gummies. Many people choose Apple Cider Vinegar in gummy form because they want a simpler alternative to liquid vinegar and a format that’s easier to keep consistent day to day.

Bundles are included for people who prefer a structured routine without having to build combinations themselves. Instead of comparing dozens of separate products, you can start by choosing a routine style—single product or paired setup—and then confirm details like ingredients, serving directions, and dietary notes on the relevant product pages.

What to expect from this collection

  • A standalone Apple Cider Vinegar gummy product for a simple, one-item routine.
  • Bundles that pair Apple Cider Vinegar with other gummies to create a pre-set combination.
  • Clear bundle names that indicate the type of routine each option is designed to represent.
  • Variations in bundle size and pairing—use product pages to confirm what is included.
  • Label-first comparison: ingredients, serving directions, and dietary notes are listed per product.

In short: what sets these gummies apart

This collection has one standalone apple cider vinegar gummy and four packs that include it. The standalone gummy — Appetite Control Gummies — provides, per 2-gummy serving, 1000 mg of apple cider vinegar, 80 mg of pomegranate juice powder, 80 mg of beetroot juice powder, 1 mg of vitamin B6 (71% NRV), 400 µg of folic acid (200% NRV), 2.4 µg of vitamin B12 (96% NRV) and 100 µg of iodine (67% NRV). The jar contains 60 gummies, that is, 30 servings, and the directions on the label are to chew 2 gummies per day, preferably after a meal.

The packs do not have their own doses: each gummy inside the pack keeps the label of the individual product. If you want a single jar to manage, the standalone gummy is the simplest option; if you prefer a routine that is already put together, the packs reduce the number of decisions. You can compare formats in apple cider vinegar vs. gummies.

Who this collection may be suitable for

This collection may be suitable for people who want to include Apple Cider Vinegar in their routine but prefer gummies over liquid formats. It may also fit shoppers who like making decisions based on practicality—taste, portability, and the simplicity of a repeatable daily habit.

If you prefer an “already assembled” approach, the bundles may be suitable for you, since they reduce the need to decide which products to pair. If you prefer a minimalist setup, the standalone option can be easier to manage. In both cases, it helps to choose the option that best matches your routine style and then verify details on the product labels.

What the research says about apple cider vinegar

Studies on apple cider vinegar focus mainly on metabolic parameters, not on subjective sensations. Three points help frame expectations:

  • Body composition. In a meta-analysis of 10 randomised controlled trials with 789 adults, daily intake of apple cider vinegar for at least 4 weeks was associated with significant reductions in weight, BMI and waist circumference; no significant effects were observed on the other body composition parameters analysed 1.
  • Glycaemic and lipid parameters. A meta-analysis of 25 clinical trials with 1320 adults found significant improvements in fasting blood glucose, HbA1c and total cholesterol, with no significant effects on BMI, HOMA-IR, fasting insulin, triglycerides or LDL and HDL; in the subgroup analysis, the reductions in fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, total cholesterol and triglycerides were significant in people with diabetes 2. An earlier meta-analysis, of 9 studies, also described reductions in total cholesterol, fasting blood glucose and HbA1c 3.
  • Specific contexts. In a 12-week randomised trial with 94 women with polycystic ovary syndrome taking metformin (1500 mg/day), taking 1500 mg/day of apple cider vinegar in capsules was associated with greater resolution of metabolic syndrome and improvements in insulin resistance, hirsutism and quality of life 4. These are results from a specific clinical population and do not generalise to healthy adults.

Important note: the doses used in these trials (for example, 1500 mg/day in the trial in women with PCOS) are not dosing instructions. Appetite Control Gummies provide 1000 mg of apple cider vinegar per 2-gummy serving, and the label says to chew 2 gummies per day, preferably after a meal. For a broader overview, see the apple cider vinegar guide.

Who it may suit — and who it may not

These gummies may suit people who want to include apple cider vinegar in their daily routine but prefer a chewable format to liquid vinegar, and people who value a product with vitamins B6, B12, folic acid and iodine on the same label. Vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and iodine contributes to normal thyroid function and normal thyroid hormone production 5. If you are looking for a single-jar routine, this is a simple option; if you want a routine that is already combined, one of the packs may be a better fit.

There are situations where this collection is not the most suitable choice. If your goal is to treat or manage a diagnosed condition — diabetes, metabolic syndrome, PCOS or reflux — a supplement does not replace clinical care or medication, and decisions should be made with a healthcare professional. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or use of medication, the label recommends consulting a healthcare professional before consuming. The gummies contain polyols and excessive consumption may have laxative effects; if you are sensitive to polyol-type sweeteners, bear this in mind. They are not intended for children: keep out of reach of young children and do not give doses to children. If you are looking for a product for younger ones, see the Kids collection.

How to choose between the standalone gummy and the packs

The decision comes down to how many products you want to manage at the same time. If you want a single jar and a single label to review, the standalone gummy is the most direct route: 60 gummies per jar, 2 gummies per day, which gives about a month of use. If you prefer a routine that is already put together, the packs group gummies from the range and save you the pairing decision — but each gummy inside the pack keeps its own directions and warnings, so it is worth reading each label.

Before buying, it is worth answering three questions:

  1. How many products am I willing to take per day? A pack means several different gummies in the same routine; if that is hard to keep up, the standalone option is more realistic.
  2. What exactly do I want from apple cider vinegar? If the goal is a metabolic routine, it makes sense to look at the Digestion and Metabolism and Weight Management collections; if it is general wellbeing, the standalone gummy may be enough.
  3. Do I have any condition or take medication? If so, speak to a healthcare professional first.

To understand when to take it, see the best time to take apple cider vinegar and, for everyday safety questions, whether apple cider vinegar is safe for daily use.

Limitations, warnings and what the label says

The label of Appetite Control Gummies is clear on several points: do not exceed the recommended daily dose; food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle; keep out of reach of young children; contains polyols, excessive consumption of which may have laxative effects; and, in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or use of medication, consult a healthcare professional before consuming.

There are also limits to the evidence that are worth knowing. Most trials on apple cider vinegar assessed metabolic parameters in specific populations — adults with type 2 diabetes, excess weight or PCOS — and not subjective sensations such as bloating or lightness; in addition, heterogeneity between studies is high in several meta-analyses 1 2. In a randomised crossover trial with 20 adults with no history of kidney stones (of whom 6 consumed apple cider vinegar), apple cider vinegar did not change the 24-hour urinary parameters assessed 6. This does not mean that apple cider vinegar "does nothing" — it means that the effects observed are specific to what was measured, in the populations studied and at the doses used.

So treat these gummies as what they are: a food supplement in a daily routine, not a treatment. If you have expectations linked to a clinical condition, discuss them with a healthcare professional. To clear up common ideas, see myths and truths about apple cider vinegar.

Frequently asked questions

How many apple cider vinegar gummies should I take per day?

The label of Appetite Control Gummies says to chew 2 gummies per day, preferably after a meal, and not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Each jar contains 60 gummies, which corresponds to about 30 days of use.

What is the difference between the standalone gummy and the packs in this collection?

The standalone gummy is a single apple cider vinegar product, with its own label and directions. The packs group gummies from the TuttiBear range in a predefined combination; each gummy inside the pack keeps the directions and warnings of its own product, so it is worth reading each label.

Do these gummies replace liquid apple cider vinegar?

They are an alternative format, not an automatic equivalent. The gummies provide 1000 mg of apple cider vinegar per 2-gummy serving, while liquid vinegar is consumed in spoons diluted in water. The choice depends on the convenience you are looking for and your routine.

Can I take these gummies if I am pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication?

The label recommends consulting a healthcare professional before consuming in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or use of medication. Do not adjust or start supplementation in these situations without that guidance.

Are these gummies suitable for children?

The label says to keep the product out of reach of young children and does not provide doses for children. If you are looking for options for younger ones, see the dedicated kids collection and speak to a healthcare professional.
