Ashwagandha gummies formulated for individuals seeking an easy, consistent way to include this traditional botanical in their everyday routine.
Ashwagandha Gummies Collection
This collection groups together gummies that include Ashwagandha, plus a small set of predefined bundles that combine it with other gummies. People often choose Ashwagandha in gummy format because it’s simple to keep on hand and easy to fit into an everyday routine—no mixing, no measuring, and no “setup” beyond following the product label.
Bundles exist here for a practical reason: some shoppers want a structured routine with fewer decisions. Instead of choosing multiple products one by one, you can select a predefined combination that matches how you plan to use it (daytime routine, evening routine, or a more complete set). This page is for comparing options and understanding what differs between them; details like full ingredient lists and serving directions remain on each product page.
In short: what sets these gummies apart
This collection has two individual gummies and two packs. Stress Relief Gummies is the only gummy in the collection that combines ashwagandha with other actives: each 2-gummy serving provides 300 mg of ashwagandha extract, 100 mg of L-theanine, 100 mg of GABA, 25 µg of vitamin D3 (500% NRV) and 500 µg of vitamin B12 (20,000% NRV), in a jar of 60 gummies. Sleep Well Gummies does not contain ashwagandha: each 2-gummy serving provides 1 mg of melatonin, in a jar of 60 gummies.
| Product | Actives per serving (2 gummies) | Gummies per pack |
|---|---|---|
| Stress Relief Gummies | 300 mg ashwagandha extract; 100 mg L-theanine; 100 mg GABA; 25 µg vitamin D3; 500 µg vitamin B12 | 60 |
| Sleep Well Gummies | 1 mg melatonin | 60 |
The two packs group gummies from the range: Sleep Ritual and Daily Focus Gummies. The directions for both individual gummies are the same: adults chew 2 gummies per day — the stress relief ones preferably after a meal, the sleep ones shortly before going to bed.

- Comparison is label-led: check ingredients, serving directions, and dietary notes per product.
What the research says about ashwagandha
Stress and anxiety. A meta-analysis of 12 randomised trials, with 1,002 participants aged between 25 and 48, concluded that ashwagandha extract supplementation reduced measures of anxiety and stress compared with placebo; the non-linear dose-response analysis pointed to a favourable effect on anxiety up to 12,000 mg/day and on stress in the 300–600 mg per day range, but the certainty of the evidence was rated as low for both outcomes 1. Another meta-analysis, with 9 trials and 558 participants, found significant reductions in perceived stress and anxiety scales and in serum cortisol levels; four of the included studies reported mild to moderate adverse effects 2.
Cortisol. A systematic review of 9 clinical trials in people with stress, with durations between 30 and 112 days, observed decreased cortisol secretion without significant adverse effects, but noted that no study assessed the impact of that reduction on adrenal function or the long-term effects 3.
Sleep. A meta-analysis of 5 randomised trials with 400 participants found a small but significant effect on overall sleep, more evident in adults diagnosed with insomnia, with doses ≥600 mg per day and durations ≥8 weeks; no serious adverse effects were reported 4.
The trials used doses that do not correspond to directions for use. For context on the daily dose, see the article Ashwagandha daily dose: how much to take per day.
Who this collection may be suitable for
This collection may be suitable for adults who want a calm, predictable supplement habit and prefer gummies over powders, capsules, or drops. It may also suit people who like to keep different products for different moments of the day—such as a “daytime routine” option and a separate “evening routine” option—without having to build combinations from scratch.
If you prefer minimalism, the standalone option may be suitable because it keeps your routine straightforward. If you prefer structure, the bundles may be suitable because they group products into a set that is easier to repeat. If you’re sensitive to taste, prefer specific dietary formats, or want to avoid duplicate ingredients across a routine, it’s best to compare labels before choosing.
Who it may suit — and who it may not
These gummies are intended for adults who want to include ashwagandha in a simple daily routine and prefer the gummy format. If you are looking for an option with ashwagandha and other actives, you will find it in Stress Relief Gummies; if you are looking for sleep support only, you will find melatonin in Sleep Well Gummies, which do not contain ashwagandha.
They are not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with thyroid or autoimmune diseases. If you have liver disease, other conditions or are taking medication, you should consult a healthcare professional before use. Both gummies may cause drowsiness; if this occurs, do not drive or use machines. They contain polyols and excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

How to choose the right product
Single gummies:
Packs that include it:
- Sleep Ritual — Stress Relief Gummies, Sleep Well Gummies and Magnesium Gummies.
- Daily Focus Gummies — Stress Relief Gummies and Focus & Concentration Gummies.
How to choose between the options
Start with your goal. If you want ashwagandha in your routine, Stress Relief Gummies is the only gummy in the collection that provides it — 300 mg of extract per 2-gummy serving, with L-theanine, GABA, vitamin D3 and vitamin B12. If your focus is falling asleep, Sleep Well Gummies provides 1 mg of melatonin per 2-gummy serving and does not include ashwagandha.
If you would prefer a ready-made routine, the packs group gummies from the range: Sleep Ritual and Daily Focus Gummies. To understand whether it makes more sense to take ashwagandha in the morning or at night, read Ashwagandha: when to take it, morning or night?.
Before buying, check three things on each product label: the actives and their amounts per serving, the number of gummies per pack (60 in both individual gummies) and the warnings. If you have questions about safety, the article Does ashwagandha have side effects? What to know before taking it covers the essentials.
Frequently asked questions
What items are included in this Ashwagandha collection?
It includes a standalone Ashwagandha-focused gummy option and predefined bundles that combine it with other gummies. The exact contents of each bundle are listed on its product page.
Why are some items in jars and others in pouches?
Packaging can vary by product and routine type. If packaging is important to you (storage, portability, or preference), check the product images and details on each product page.
Do all bundles include the same products?
No. Each bundle is a predefined combination with its own included products. Use the bundle product page to confirm the included items before choosing.
How should I take these gummies?
Follow the product label. If you select a bundle, review the label directions for each included product so your routine stays clear and consistent.
What if a bundle is out of stock?
You can choose a different bundle in this collection or start with the standalone option. Comparing bundle contents on product pages helps you pick the closest alternative.

Limitations and what the label does not promise
None of these products treats, prevents or cures diseases, and no gummy replaces a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Ashwagandha is a botanical: unlike vitamins and minerals, health claims for botanicals are not authorised in the European Union (they are on hold), so the information on this page is limited to describing what the studies examined and found 5.
Trial results are not a guarantee of an individual effect: the available meta-analyses show high heterogeneity and, in some cases, low certainty of evidence 1. The doses used in the studies are not directions for use — always follow the label directions: adults, 2 gummies per day.
The warnings common to the gummies in this collection include not exceeding the recommended daily dose, keeping out of the reach of children, not using in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and being careful about drowsiness. If you have a condition or are taking medication, talk to a healthcare professional. For a broader view of the plant, see the ashwagandha guide.
