Lion’s Mane gummies designed for those who prefer a chewable format inspired by functional mushrooms used in daily routines.

Lion’s Mane Gummies Collection

This collection brings together gummy options that feature Lion’s Mane as part of the formula, plus predefined bundles that combine it with other gummies already available in the catalogue. It is built for comparison, so you can decide between a single product and curated sets without needing to browse multiple categories or switch to powders, capsules, or drinks.

Lion’s Mane is often chosen by people who like ingredients associated with “functional mushroom” routines, but prefer a simple, chewable format that fits into everyday habits. Gummies make sense for that preference because they are portioned, easy to travel with, and straightforward to keep consistent across busy weeks. Bundles exist to reduce decision-making: instead of assembling combinations yourself, you can pick a named set that groups products into a routine-friendly lineup. This page focuses on shopping choices, not on ingredient education.

What to expect from this collection

  • Gummy-only options, including one standalone product and predefined bundles that include Lion’s Mane.
  • A comparison based on routine structure (single item vs set), not on different supplement formats.
  • Bundles are fixed combinations, which makes it easier to compare them by included products and bottle count.
  • Full label details are shown on each product page; this collection content is an overview for navigation.
  • Availability can differ between bundles and standalone items because bundles depend on multiple products being in stock.
  • Prices mainly vary with the number of products included and how many items you would restock at once.

In short: what sets these gummies apart

This collection currently has a single product with Lion's Mane in the formula — Focus and Concentration Gummies. There is therefore no comparison between several Lion's Mane gummies: the real choice is between taking that product on its own or in a ready-made set.

ProductServingActives per servingGummies per bottle
Focus and Concentration Gummies2 gummiesLion's Mane mushroom extract 200 mg; bacopa extract 150 mg; ginkgo extract 120 mg; L-theanine 100 mg; citicoline 100 mg; vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 500 µg (20,000% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 1.4 mg (100% NRV)60

What sets this label apart is not Lion's Mane on its own, but the combination: alongside the mushroom extract, it brings together bacopa, ginkgo, L-theanine and citicoline, plus two B vitamins. It is a formula designed for a focus routine, not a single-ingredient product.

The directions on the label are to chew 2 gummies a day, preferably after a meal, without exceeding the recommended daily dose. The product is intended for adults and should not be consumed by children.

If you would rather first understand what the research says about the mushroom itself, start with the ingredient guide.

Who this collection may be suitable for

This collection may be suitable for people who already want Lion’s Mane included in a gummy routine and prefer choosing by product setup rather than reading long ingredient explanations. It may also fit shoppers who like the idea of a “single focus” product that is easy to repeat daily, as well as those who prefer curated sets because they simplify what to keep on hand.

If you compare options based on practical factors such as number of products, how often you want to restock, portability, and whether you prefer one label or several, the structure here supports that decision process. If you want background information about Lion’s Mane before comparing products, use the ingredient guide linked below.

What the research says about Lion's Mane

Three points that sum up the current state of the evidence in humans:

  • Small, short studies. In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 41 healthy adults aged 18 to 45 took 1.8 g of Hericium erinaceus for 28 days; after a single dose, performance on an inhibition task was faster, and a trend towards lower subjective stress was observed at the end of the four weeks, but the authors highlight the small sample size and the presence of null results 1.
  • Older populations with cognitive complaints. In a double-blind trial with 30 Japanese adults aged 50 to 80 with mild cognitive impairment, taking four 250 mg tablets (96% dried Yamabushitake powder) three times a day for 16 weeks increased scores on a cognitive function scale compared with placebo; the gains declined four weeks after the end of intake 2.
  • Reviews call for caution. A review of 34 human studies concluded that observational studies suggest a benefit from dietary patterns including mushrooms, but that intervention trials are heterogeneous and show mixed results; the intervention studies investigated mainly Lion's Mane in middle-aged and older adults 3. Another review of over-the-counter memory supplements found no convincing evidence for their use 4.

None of these studies tested Focus and Concentration Gummies or the 200 mg extract dose per serving. Doses used in trials are not dosing instructions.

How to decide before you buy

Since there is only one product with Lion's Mane in this collection, the practical decision comes down to three questions.

  1. Do you want one product or a set? On its own, you get a 60-gummy bottle — at 2 gummies a day, that lasts about a month. In a pack, you combine more than one product from the range and manage several bottles at once.
  2. Do you want Lion's Mane on its own or combined? This label is not a single-ingredient product: alongside the mushroom extract, it includes bacopa, ginkgo, L-theanine, citicoline and vitamins B6 and B12. If you were looking for the mushroom alone, it is worth reading it carefully before deciding.
  3. Does the format fit your routine? These are chewable pectin-based gummies, sugar-free and containing polyols. If you prefer capsules or powders, compare first — we have a dedicated article on that choice: gummies or capsules.

If your question is about dose, the article on daily dose and honest limits explains why the numbers from studies do not translate directly into a dosing recommendation. And if your priority is a focus routine in general, the Energy and Focus collection brings together other options from the range.

Frequently asked questions

Are all items in this collection gummies?

Yes. This collection is limited to gummy products and bundles made up of gummy products.

What is the difference between the standalone product and a bundle?

The standalone product is one item. A bundle is a predefined set of multiple products sold together under one bundle name.

How can I see what is included in a bundle?

Open the bundle product page to see the included items, then review each product page for full label details.

How should I take these gummies?

Follow the instructions on the product label for the item you choose. If you purchase a bundle, check the label for each included product.

Why might a bundle be unavailable while the standalone product is available?

Bundles depend on all included products being in stock. If one component is unavailable, the bundle may be temporarily unavailable.

Limitations, warnings and responsible use

Before adding to your basket, it is worth reading the label carefully.

  • Medication and illness. In case of illness or when taking medication, the label states to consult a healthcare professional before consuming.
  • Dose. Chew 2 gummies a day, preferably after a meal, without exceeding the recommended daily dose.
  • Polyols. The product contains polyols; excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
  • Role of the supplement. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children.

On the safety of the ingredient in general, including what studies report, we have a dedicated article: Does lion's mane have side effects?. And if you want to understand when during the day it fits best into a routine, see when to take it.

Final note: Lion's Mane is a botanical ingredient and, unlike vitamins, has no authorised health claims in the European Union. Everything described here refers to study results, not promises of an effect from this product.

Frequently asked questions

How many Lion's Mane gummies should I take a day?

The label of Focus and Concentration Gummies states to chew 2 gummies a day, preferably after a meal, without exceeding the recommended daily dose. Do not increase the dose on your own initiative: doses used in studies are not dosing instructions.

Are these gummies suitable for children?

No. The product is intended for adults and the label explicitly states that it should not be consumed by children. It is also not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women; in those cases, talk to a healthcare professional.

Can I take them if I am on medication or have an illness?

The label recommends consulting a healthcare professional before consuming in case of illness or when taking medication. This also applies if you take other supplements at the same time.

How many gummies are in each bottle and how long does it last?

Each bottle contains 60 gummies. At the stated dose of 2 gummies a day, one bottle lasts about a month.

Do the gummies contain sugar?
