L-Theanine Gummies Collection
This collection groups gummy products where L-Theanine is part of the formula, together with a small number of predefined bundles that pair it with other gummies from the catalogue. It exists for comparison: you can review the standalone option versus ready-made combinations without switching formats or searching across multiple collections.
People often choose L-Theanine as an “easy-to-place” ingredient in a daily routine, and gummies suit that preference because they are pre-portioned, simple to take, and easy to keep consistent when traveling or changing schedules. The bundles here are not random mixes; they are packaged as routine sets, so you can choose a single product or a grouped selection depending on how structured you want your day to be. This page focuses on selection and shopping logic rather than detailed ingredient education.
In short: what sets the options in this collection apart
This collection brings together the TuttiBear gummies that include L-theanine in the formula. There are two individual gummies and three packs that group them with other products in the range. What sets them apart is not the format — all are pectin-based, sugar-free gummies — but the dose of L-theanine per serving and the other actives that accompany each formula.
| Product | L-theanine per serving (2 gummies) | Other actives per serving | Gummies per bottle |
|---|---|---|---|
| Energy Gummies with Guarana | 200 mg | L-theanine, guarana extract 200 mg (44 mg caffeine), L-tyrosine 100 mg, vitamins B6, B12 and C | 60 |
| Stress Relief Gummies | 100 mg | L-theanine, ashwagandha extract 300 mg, GABA 100 mg, vitamin D3 25 µg, vitamin B12 500 µg | 60 |
The packs — Sleep Ritual, Daily Focus Gummies and Performance Pack — group gummies from the range into routine sets. If you want to work out which of these formulas makes most sense for you, start with the L-theanine ingredient guide.
What to expect from this collection
- One standalone L-Theanine-focused gummy product plus several preset bundles that include additional gummy products.
- All options remain within gummies, so the main comparison is between “one product” versus “routine set.”
- Bundles are fixed (not customizable), making it easier to compare what you get across different sets.
- Some bundles may appear unavailable if one component is out of stock, even if another item in the collection is available.
- Ingredient lists and label details live on each product page; this collection content is for orientation and comparison.
- Pricing differences generally reflect the number of products included and whether the set is designed as a multi-product routine.
What the research has examined
L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea leaves. Human research has focused mainly on stress, sleep and attention outcomes, with results that vary according to the population and the dose studied.
- Stress and anxiety. A systematic review of 9 randomised clinical trials in humans concluded that supplementation with 200–400 mg per day of L-theanine may help in the reduction of stress and anxiety in people exposed to stressful conditions, although the authors highlight the need for larger and longer-term studies 1.
- Sleep. A 2025 meta-analysis, with 19 articles and 897 participants, found significant improvements in subjective sleep latency, daytime dysfunction and overall sleep quality with L-theanine, but the authors note that studies with isolated L-theanine are lacking 2. A systematic review with 13 trials and 550 participants, which assessed doses of 50 to 900 mg per day, points to 200–450 mg per day as the most studied range 3.
- Attention and cognition. A 2025 meta-analysis, with 50 randomised trials in healthy participants, found small to moderate differences in favour of the combination of L-theanine with caffeine in attention and mood tasks in the first and second hours after intake 4. In a crossover trial with 20 healthy men, L-theanine (200 mg) improved visual recognition reaction time, as did caffeine and the combination of both 5.
These results are not dosing instructions or promises of effect. For a more detailed read, see how L-theanine works.
Who this collection may be suitable for
This collection may be suitable for people who prefer choosing supplements by routine design rather than by long ingredient comparisons. If you already know you want L-Theanine included and your next decision is whether to keep things minimal or bundle several products together, the options here are organized for that. It may also suit shoppers who value consistent habits: one product can be easier to repeat daily, while a bundle can reduce decision-making by grouping items under one set. If your preferences depend on taste, bottle count, portability, or how many separate products you want to manage, you can compare the options here with those practical constraints in mind.
Who this collection may be suitable for — and who it is not
This collection may make sense for adults who have already decided to include L-theanine in their routine and want to compare formulas without leaving the gummy format. If your goal is a simple, once-a-day intake, the individual gummies are the most direct option. If you prefer to group several products into a single set, the packs reduce the number of purchasing decisions.
There are, however, situations in which these options are not suitable:
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding. Stress Relief Gummies are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and neither are Energy Gummies with Guarana. For context on the topic, read L-theanine in pregnancy.
- Children. None of these products is indicated for children. Energy Gummies with Guarana contain caffeine and are not recommended for children; Stress Relief Gummies are not recommended for children either.
- Thyroid or autoimmune diseases. Stress Relief Gummies are not recommended for people with thyroid diseases or autoimmune diseases.
- Caffeine sensitivity. Energy Gummies with Guarana provide 44 mg of caffeine per daily dose (2 gummies), which may not be suitable for those who avoid caffeine.
- Medication or liver disease. If you have a disease or are taking medicines, you should consult a health professional before consuming any of these products.

How to choose the right product
Single gummies:
Packs that include it:
- Sleep Ritual — Stress Relief Gummies, Sleep Well Gummies and Magnesium Gummies.
- Performance Pack — Creatine Gummies, L-Carnitine Gummies and Energy Gummies with Guarana.
- Daily Focus Gummies — Stress Relief Gummies and Focus & Concentration Gummies.
How to choose between the gummies and the packs
The practical decision comes down to three questions: how many products you want to manage, what dose of L-theanine you are looking for and what other actives make sense for you.
L-theanine dose. Energy Gummies with Guarana provide 200 mg of L-theanine per serving of 2 gummies; Stress Relief Gummies provide 100 mg. In trials, the doses studied typically range from 200 to 400 mg per day 1, but study doses are not dosing instructions — you should always follow the directions for use on the label.
Other actives. Energy Gummies with Guarana combine L-theanine with guarana extract (44 mg caffeine per dose), L-tyrosine and vitamins B6, B12 and C. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system 6. Stress Relief Gummies combine L-theanine with ashwagandha, GABA and vitamins D3 and B12. There are no authorised health claims in the EU for botanicals such as ashwagandha and GABA; what you can do is read what the studies have examined.
Format and routine. If your question is gummy versus tablet, see L-theanine gummy or tablet. If you want to work out the best time of day, read when to take L-theanine. And if your priority is sleep, the Sleep and Relaxation collection may be a more direct starting point.
Frequently asked questions
Are all items in this collection gummies?
Yes. This collection is limited to gummy products and bundles made up of gummy products.
What is the difference between a standalone product and a bundle?
A standalone product is one item. A bundle is a predefined set of multiple products sold together under one bundle name.
How should I use these products day to day?
Follow the directions on the product label for each item. If you select a bundle, check the label instructions for every included product.
Why might a bundle be unavailable even if another item is available?
Bundles depend on the stock status of each included product. If one component is out of stock, the bundle may be unavailable until it returns.
Where can I see the full ingredient list for each option?
Open the individual product pages for the standalone item or for each product included in a bundle to review full label details.
Want ingredient background instead of product comparison?
This page is designed for comparing L-Theanine gummy options and bundles, not for detailed ingredient education. If you want the broader overview first, read: Complete guide about L-Theanine
Limitations and label warnings
Before choosing, it is worth reading the warnings for each product, because they are different.
- Energy Gummies with Guarana: contain caffeine (44 mg per daily dose). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Contain polyols; excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Stress Relief Gummies: not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people with thyroid diseases or autoimmune diseases. May cause drowsiness; if this occurs, do not drive or use machines. Contain polyols; excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
In all cases, food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep the bottles out of the reach of young children. If you have a disease or are taking medicines, consult a health professional before consuming.
The packs are fixed sets: if one of the components is out of stock, the pack may appear unavailable even if the other products in the collection are available. For a broader view of the options by goal, explore Energy and Focus or the Packs page.
