Guarana gummies designed for people looking for a simple, chewable option to complement active or energy-focused routines.
Guarana Gummies Collection
This collection groups all gummy options that include Guarana, presented as one standalone product plus a set of predefined bundles that combine it with other products. Guarana is commonly chosen in gummy format by people who prefer a simple, chewable option that fits into busy days, where drinks or powders are not always convenient. The goal on this page is not to explain the ingredient in depth, but to help you compare what is actually available in this collection and how each option fits into a routine.
Bundles exist here for a practical reason: people rarely shop for “just one thing” when building an energy-oriented routine. Some shoppers want a single, repeatable purchase; others want a preset combination that reduces decision-making and keeps products aligned in timing and replenishment. Tuttibear presents these options so you can choose between a focused, single product and a more structured multi-product setup.
In short: what this collection includes
This collection has two options: a standalone product and a pack that includes it.
| Option | What it includes | Guarana per serving | Format |
|---|---|---|---|
| Energy Gummies with Guarana | Guarana extract (200 mg), of which 44 mg caffeine; L-theanine (200 mg); L-tyrosine (100 mg); vitamin B6 (1.4 mg, 100% NRV); vitamin B12 (10 µg, 400% NRV); vitamin C (40 mg, 50% NRV) | 200 mg guarana extract (44 mg caffeine) per 2 gummies | 60-gummy bottle (30 servings of 2 gummies) |
| Performance Pack | Brings together gummies from the range: Creatine Gummies, L-Carnitine Gummies and Energy Gummies with Guarana | — | Pack of three products |
What sets Energy Gummies with Guarana apart is the combination of guarana with L-theanine, L-tyrosine and three vitamins (B6, B12 and C), in a chewable, sugar-free, pectin-based format. The Performance Pack does not add any guarana dose: it simply brings other products from the range together in a single purchase.

What to expect from this collection
- One standalone Guarana gummy product that can be purchased on its own when available.
- Predefined bundles that include Guarana alongside other products, with fixed combinations.
- Comparison is mainly about routine structure: single product versus two- or three-item sets.
- Bundle stock depends on every included item, so availability can differ from the standalone product.
- Some items may come in different formats (for example, pouch vs bottle) depending on the product included.
- All ingredient lists, allergens, and label directions are confirmed on individual product pages.
What the research says about guarana
Three short points, with the context of each study:
- Acute cognitive performance. A meta-analysis of 8 placebo-controlled trials, in 328 participants, assessed the acute effect of guarana on cognitive tasks. The overall mean effect was less than trivial; in the subgroup analysis, response time was slightly faster with guarana than with placebo, with no difference in accuracy 1. The doses studied ranged from 37.5 to 500 mg of extract, with 4.3 to 100 mg of caffeine.
- Endurance exercise. In a crossover, double-blind trial with 11 trained cyclists and non-cyclists, 500 mg of guarana (130 mg caffeine) taken before 60 minutes of fixed-load cycling followed by a 15-minute time trial resulted in more accumulated work than placebo (p=0.038), especially in the first 1-11 min; isolated caffeine (100 mg) did not differ from guarana or placebo 2.
- Young footballers. In a crossover, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial with 27 under-17 players, a drink with 3 g of guarana seed powder did not improve jumping, sprints or agility, but increased the distance covered in the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test level 1 3.
These results are not dosing instructions and do not mean that a product will produce the same effect. For a more detailed read, see what the science really shows.
Who this collection may be suitable for
This collection may be suitable for people who prefer a chewable option to support an energy-focused routine and want something that is straightforward to integrate into a regular schedule. It may also suit shoppers who rotate between working days, training days, and lighter days, and want a product that can be kept consistent without preparing anything.
If you like to buy in sets, or you already use other products from the same category, the bundles may be a better match than assembling combinations manually. If you prefer a minimal setup and want to evaluate one product first, the standalone Guarana gummies may be the most direct option.
Who this collection may suit — and who it may not
This collection may suit anyone who prefers a chewable format to capsules or powders, wants a simple routine to repeat and does not mind having caffeine in the formula. Energy Gummies with Guarana provide 44 mg of caffeine per serving of 2 gummies, a modest amount compared with a cup of coffee, but enough to justify paying attention to when you take them.
If you are looking for guarana alone, without added caffeine or other actives, you will not find that option here: the formula includes L-theanine, L-tyrosine and vitamins. If you want to compare formats before deciding, you can read gummies or tablets: which to choose.
It is not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for anyone with caffeine sensitivity or taking medication without first speaking to a healthcare professional. If you are taking medicines or have a health condition, see guarana and medications and guarana during pregnancy before ordering.
How to choose the right product
Single gummies:
Packs that include it:
- Performance Pack — Creatine Gummies, L-Carnitine Gummies and Energy Gummies with Guarana.
How to choose between the product and the pack
The decision is mainly about how many products you want to manage at the same time.
- Do you just want guarana? Choose Energy Gummies with Guarana: a 60-gummy bottle, 2 gummies a day, which gives about a month's supply.
- Do you already use creatine or L-carnitine? The Performance Pack brings the three products from the range together in a single purchase, with a set price.
- Do you want to compare with other energy routines? See the Energy and Focus collection or, if your focus is training, Training and Performance.
Before deciding, it is worth reading the label carefully: the guarana dose per serving, the total caffeine and the number of gummies per bottle determine how many servings you have and how long the product lasts. The article on daily dose and reading the label explains how to do that calculation.
Frequently asked questions
Is Guarana the only ingredient in the standalone product?
The product may include Guarana as a key ingredient, but it will also contain other standard gummy components. Check the product page for the full ingredient list.
Why does the product show as sold out sometimes?
Availability depends on stock for that specific item. If a bundle is sold out, it may be because one included product is unavailable even if another item in the collection is in stock.
How do I compare bundles quickly?
Compare the number of products included and the included product names. Then open each included product page to verify format and label directions.
Can I follow the same directions for every product in a bundle?
No. Each product has its own label directions. Follow the product label for each item included.
Where can I find allergens, ingredients, and other product details?
Those details are listed on the individual product pages, not on the collection overview.

Limitations and label warnings
The label of Energy Gummies with Guarana is clear on several points: it contains caffeine (44 mg per daily dose), it is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and it contains polyols — excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded and the product should be kept out of the reach of young children. In case of illness or when taking medication, a healthcare professional should be consulted before consuming.
There are also two practical limitations to keep in mind. The first is timing: because it contains caffeine, taking it late in the day may interfere with sleep in sensitive people. The evidence on sleep and self-control shows an association between sleep quality and duration and the ability to resist impulses 4, but it did not directly test the effect of caffeine or of this product. The second is expectation: studies with guarana show small and variable effects, especially on specific tasks, and not a general, guaranteed effect. If you have doubts about safety, see who should avoid it and when to take it.
Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Frequently asked questions
Do Energy Gummies with Guarana contain caffeine?
Yes. Each serving of 2 gummies provides 44 mg of caffeine, coming from the guarana extract. That is why the label does not recommend the product for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
How many gummies should I take per day?
The directions on the label are to chew 2 gummies per day, preferably after a meal, without exceeding the recommended daily dose. Each bottle contains 60 gummies, which corresponds to about 30 servings.
Does the Performance Pack include more guarana than the standalone bottle?
No. The Performance Pack groups three products from the range — Creatine Gummies, L-Carnitine Gummies and Energy Gummies with Guarana — and does not change the guarana dose per serving, which remains the same as the standalone bottle.
Can I take the gummies at night?
Because they contain caffeine, taking them late in the day may make it harder to fall asleep in sensitive people. If that applies to you, it makes more sense to include the serving in the first half of the day, alongside a meal.
Who should talk to a healthcare professional before taking them?
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, people with a diagnosed condition or taking medication should consult a healthcare professional before consuming. The same applies to anyone with a known sensitivity to caffeine.
