GABA gummies created for those who want a simple, chewable supplement option as part of an evening or balance-focused routine.
GABA Gummies Collection
This collection groups together gummy options that include GABA for shoppers comparing formats and routine setups. GABA appears most often in products that people associate with slower parts of the day—such as evening habits—or with routines built around “balance” rather than performance. Choosing gummies keeps the format simple: no mixing, no strong flavors to dilute, and a consistent serving style that fits into a repeatable schedule.
You will see a standalone product alongside predefined bundles that combine GABA with other products already designed to be taken together. Bundles exist to reduce planning: instead of choosing multiple items one by one, you can pick a preset set that matches how you like to structure your day (for example, one product only versus a small routine with complementary products). This page is for comparing options, not for ingredient education.
In short: what sets this collection apart
This collection has a single standalone product with GABA — Stress Relief Gummies — and two packs that include it. So the practical decision is simple: do you want one jar, or a routine that is already put together?
| Option | What it is | Dose per serving (2 gummies) | Gummies per jar |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stress Relief Gummies | Standalone product | 300 mg ashwagandha extract, 100 mg L-theanine, 100 mg GABA, 25 µg vitamin D3 (500% NRV) and 500 µg vitamin B12 (20,000% NRV) per 2-gummy serving | 60 gummies |
| Sleep Ritual | Pack that groups gummies from the range | — | — |
| Daily Focus Gummies | Pack that groups gummies from the range | — | — |
Directions for the standalone product: adults chew 2 gummies per day, preferably after a meal. The packs have no dose of their own — each gummy in them keeps the label of its own product.
A note on doses: GABA trials used amounts different from the label. In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 30 sedentary women with overweight or obesity who were also exercising took 200 mg GABA once a day for 90 days 1; in another trial, 52 adults with prediabetes, aged 50 to 70, took 500 mg GABA three times a day for 95 days 2. Stress Relief Gummies provide 100 mg GABA per 2-gummy serving. Doses used in studies are not dosing instructions.
What to expect from this collection
- A standalone GABA-focused gummy option alongside bundles that include it as part of a broader routine.
- Bundle sets that emphasize convenience (preselected combinations) rather than custom building.
- Different “routine shapes” to compare: single-product simplicity vs multi-product structure.
- Product pages that act as the source of truth for ingredients, dietary notes, and serving directions.
- Availability differences (some bundles may be limited or seasonal depending on stock across included products).
- Clear comparison by what is included in each set, not by promises or outcomes.
What the research on GABA says (in three points)
1. Sleep and emotional response in a specific setting. In the trial already mentioned, with 30 sedentary women with overweight or obesity who were exercising, 200 mg GABA per day for 90 days accompanied improvements in usual sleep efficiency, measured by a lower score on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, as well as changes in emotional markers and heart rate variability 1. It is a small sample and a specific population — not a general result.
2. Temporal attention in healthy young adults. In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial with healthy young adults, acute GABA supplementation did not affect spatial attention, but there was evidence of better performance on a temporal attention task 3. The authors themselves describe the result as preliminary.
3. What is not yet established. A review of GABA-enriched teas concludes that there is considerable evidence of GABA acting in the periphery, but less that it acts directly on the brain, and that those teas contain other active compounds that make interpretation complex 4. In other words: the exact mechanism of oral intake is still under discussion. For more detailed context, see GABA benefits: what the science says and what it is for and How GABA works: what it does and whether it is worth it.
Who this collection may be suitable for
This collection may be suitable for people who prefer a chewable supplement format and want a simple way to keep an evening or wind-down routine consistent. It may also suit shoppers who like structured sets—where the decision is “which routine fits me?” rather than “which individual product should I combine today?”
If you already know you prefer one product only, the standalone option may be the clearest choice. If you generally take more than one product (for example, a routine that separates day and night habits), the bundles may be a better match because they are already grouped into a single selection.
Who it may make sense for — and who it may not
It may make sense if you prefer a chewable gummy format, want an end-of-day routine that is easy to repeat, and do not mind that the standalone product combines several actives (ashwagandha, L-theanine, GABA and vitamins D3 and B12) instead of GABA alone. It also makes sense if you like ready-made packs: Sleep Ritual and Daily Focus Gummies save you the decision of combining products.
It is not the most suitable choice if you want GABA alone, without other ingredients. It is also not for you if you are looking for a product for children: the label does not recommend it for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. The same label advises against taking it if you have thyroid disease or autoimmune disease, and asks you to consult a healthcare professional if you have liver disease, other conditions or are taking medication. As it may cause drowsiness, you should not drive or use machines if this happens. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, first read GABA during pregnancy: what you need to know and talk to a healthcare professional.

How to choose the right product
Single gummies:
Packs that include it:
- Sleep Ritual — Stress Relief Gummies, Sleep Well Gummies and Magnesium Gummies.
- Daily Focus Gummies — Stress Relief Gummies and Focus & Concentration Gummies.
How to choose between the jar and the packs
Ask yourself three questions before deciding.
- How many products do I want to manage? One jar of Stress Relief Gummies gives 30 servings of 2 gummies (60 gummies). The packs group several gummy products; check the label and directions of each one before deciding.
- Which time of day am I organising? Sleep Ritual groups gummies from the range intended for the evening; Daily Focus Gummies groups gummies for the day. If your goal is just an end-of-day habit, the standalone product is more direct.
- Do I already read labels? It is worth checking the actives of each gummy included in the pack before buying, especially if you already take other things.
If you are still deciding on the daily amount, the article GABA dose: how much to take per day and what to expect helps frame the topic — without replacing the label. And if your concern is when to take it, see GABA: when should you take it?. For safety and contraindications, Is GABA bad for you? Safety, side effects and who should avoid it.

Frequently asked questions
Is GABA the only ingredient in the products shown here?
No. Some items may include GABA within a broader formula. Always check the individual product page for the full ingredient list.
Why are some options bundles instead of single products?
Bundles are predefined sets that combine multiple products so you can choose a routine structure without assembling it manually.
How do I confirm what is included in a bundle?
Open the bundle page and review the included products listed there. That page is the most reliable reference for contents.
Where can I find serving directions?
Follow the serving directions shown on the product label and on the individual product page.
If a bundle is out of stock, what’s the best alternative?
Choose the standalone product or select another bundle where all included items match your routine preferences and are available.

Limitations and label warnings
Before buying, keep in mind what the standalone product's label says, as it stands: do not exceed the recommended daily dose; food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle; keep out of reach of children; not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women; not recommended for people with thyroid disease or autoimmune disease; in case of liver disease, other conditions or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use; may cause drowsiness and, if this occurs, do not drive or use machines; contains polyols and excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
On the evidence side, there are clear limits: the available GABA studies are few, with small samples and specific populations (women with overweight who were exercising, healthy young adults, adults with prediabetes) 1 3 2, and the mechanism of oral intake is still under discussion 4. Nothing here is a promise of a result.
On the product's vitamins, the only wording we can use is that of authorised EU claims: vitamin D and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamin B12 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system 5. For ashwagandha extract, L-theanine and GABA there are no authorised health claims in the EU — we describe only what the studies examined.
Frequently asked questions
Do Stress Relief Gummies contain GABA alone?
No. Each 2-gummy serving provides 300 mg ashwagandha extract, 100 mg L-theanine, 100 mg GABA, 25 µg vitamin D3 and 500 µg vitamin B12. If you are looking for GABA alone, this product is not that option.
How many gummies are in the jar and how long does it last?
The jar contains 60 gummies. As the recommended intake is 2 gummies per day for adults, that gives 30 servings.
Can I take the gummies at any time?
The directions say 2 gummies per day, preferably after a meal. The label warns that the product may cause drowsiness and that, if this happens, you should not drive or use machines.
Do the Sleep Ritual and Daily Focus Gummies packs have their own dose?
No. They are packs that group gummies from the range; each gummy keeps the label and directions of the corresponding product. It is worth reviewing each one before buying.
Who should not take this product?
The label does not recommend it for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people with thyroid disease or autoimmune disease. In case of liver disease, other conditions or taking medication, you should consult a healthcare professional before use.
