If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to adjust or cancel it. Once it’s left the warehouse we can no longer make changes, but our return policy still applies.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days in Portugal, 3–7 in Spain and 3–5 in the other EU countries we deliver to. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We regularly run free-shipping thresholds — the current one is shown in the cart.

Sealed, unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, as set out in our returns policy. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we’ll sort it out at no cost to you.
