Step 1: Complete the Return/Exchange Form

Use the Return/Exchange Form that was included with your order. Clearly state the reasons for the return or exchange and send it to the following address:

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Items must be in perfect condition: intact, complete, and in their original packaging.
