How can I place an order?
Shopping at Tutti Bear is easy! Browse our collections, select the items you love, choose the size and quantity, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We work with CTT and DHL to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time.
What happens if I'm not available for delivery?
If you're not present at the delivery address, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice with instructions to collect your package.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- In their original packaging, with tags intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer support team at hello@tuttibear.com to initiate the return process. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization.
Are there any items not eligible for return?
Items marked as final sale, personalized products, or those showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online-only store and do not have a physical location. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse.
