I've always had hair loss due to stress, diet, seasonal changes, and of course, very weak nails... and since I've been taking these gummies, I feel like that has changed (and I've been taking them since the start of the month - 10 days, 2 gummies a day). My hair has gotten shinier and stronger, with less shedding, and my nails are also stronger. The texture of the gummies is amazing and the taste even more so (personally I don't usually like artificial strawberry flavor, but these gummies are the exception, sweet just right, not overwhelming... for people with a sweet tooth like me, you really need a lot of self-control not to eat more than the recommended dose 😅). To sum up: I highly recommend these and they'll definitely be part of my routine every month! 😌
