Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a consumer dispute arises from a purchase at TuttiBear, you can turn to a consumer alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity in Portugal.

The full, up-to-date list of Portuguese ADR entities is published by the Directorate-General for Consumers (Direção-Geral do Consumidor) on the Consumer Portal: www.consumidor.gov.pt.

In the areas of Portugal not covered by a regional consumer arbitration centre, the competent centre is CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt).

If you live in another EU country, you can also ask the European Consumer Centre in your country (ECC-Net) for free help.
