You can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (EU consumer law). Opened or partially-used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, email hello@tuttibear.pt with your order number and reason. We'll send you the return label and instructions.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
