At TuttiBear, we want your gummies to reach you quickly, safely and with zero stress. All available shipping options, prices and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country and address.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Most countries in Europe
  • Selected international destinations

If your country is available, you will see it in the shipping address selector at checkout. If it does not appear, please contact our support team and we will confirm if we can deliver to you.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are:

  • Calculated in real time at checkout
  • Based on your country, postcode and order weight/size
  • Shown before you confirm and pay your order

You will always see:

  • Available shipping methods (standard / express, when available)
  • Exact shipping price in your local currency (when supported)
  • Estimated delivery window in business days

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping to specific regions or above a certain order value. Whenever this applies, it will be clearly displayed at checkout and/or in your cart.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available for your country).

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipping method:

  1. You will receive a tracking link via email after dispatch.
  2. You can follow your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.
  3. Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after you receive the link.

If tracking is not available for a specific service or country, we will indicate this at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside the EU)

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your local authorities.
  • These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • They must be paid by the recipient upon delivery, when applicable.
  • Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office for more detailed information.

Address Issues & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout:

  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the order is returned to us, we may need to charge a re-shipping fee.
  • If the carrier cannot deliver after several attempts, the parcel may be returned or held at a local pick-up point according to their policy.

If you notice an error in your address right after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame:

  1. Check the tracking information first.
  2. Contact the carrier if there are clear delays or delivery issues.
  3. Reach out to our support team with your order number and we will help investigate and find a solution.
